Time to make steps in improving our #MentalHealth?. Today we focus on taking a break. When was the last time you took a #break?? A prolonged moment of time for yourself?
It's been a minute (Okay, almost a year) for me and I've learned a lesson or two last week when I finally made myself take the time. Give yourself the time to reflect!
