It's Mental Health Monday! Make extra time for yourself. Now more than ever, we all need to strengthen our mental health. All of us!

It's remarkable how much joy our multi-legged pals bring to life. Even when they are not yours, a cute dog, cat, or even gold fish can spark a grin above your chin.

If you don't have a pet, offer to walk or watch a friend's fuzzy friend. In my case, I just enjoy having Snoopy, the stuffed animal I've had since I was a little boy, sitting next to me on the chair. He's been in my life for fifty plus years. Has been stiched back together time and time again. Just seeing him makes me happy. Those little moments matter!
