Los Angeles, CA -
Earvin "EJ" Johnson, son of Magic and Cookie Johnson, says his parents supported him after he came out gay.
Johnson, who publicly came out gay last year, appeared Thursday on Bethenny.
"They were very supportive and I'm very blessed that they, you know, supported me since day one and they never stopped loving me. They're always there for me. And they sort of encouraged me to be myself and express myself. I love it," Johnson told host Bethenny Frankel.
"You feel like you were born gay?" Frankel asked.
"Yeah, I don't think that anything shaped it from society or nature. Yeah, it was certainly something that I always feel that I was, and my parents could see that, too," Johnson answered.
