Month-long tour with Latin singer-songwriter Ximena begins December 5

New York - Graffiti6, a collaboration between singer-songwriter Jamie Scott and songwriter-producer TommyD, has announced the track-listing and a release date of January 24, 2012, for its upcoming Capitol Records debut album Colours. In a five-star review, London newspaper The Independent raves that Colours— tauted as a mélange of pop, psychedelia, R&B, and British Northern Soul—is "an assured debut album that sparkles with invention and throbs with emotion," predicting that it will "be on many Year's Best lists."

Colours includes the first U.S. single "Free," which is currently ranks 21 at AAA radio and was the most added song in its first week at the format. Currently in rotation at KINK in Portland, KBCO in Colorado, WNWV in Cleveland, and KCSN in Los Angeles, "Free" was also "Pick of the Week" in USA Today, which praised the track's "melodic bassline and singer Jamie Scott's exquisite falsetto breaks." The video, which was shot in downtown Los Angeles premiered yesterday on VEVO.

Graffiti6 will spend December on the road as support for Latin singer-songwriter Ximena on her U.S tour. The trek starts December 5, 2011 in Birmingham, AL, at Workplay and runs through December 22, at Schubas in Chicago, IL. Graffiti6 will also play at the Cosmopolitan Hotel November 30, and December 1.
