Northalsted's Legendary Halloween Parade, Monday, Oct. 31st

Chicago, IL - The Halloween weekend reaches its peak when the annual Northalsted Halloween Parade steps off at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31 in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood.

Now in its 15th year, the legendary parade attracts thousands of attendees. This year's parade includes an extended route and a full line up of stage performances.

Registration to march in the parade is 5-6 p.m. at Spin Nightclub, 800 West Belmont Ave. The parade will begin at 7 p.m. from Belmont and continue north on Halsted to Bradley.

The incomparable Miss Foozie will emcee the outrageous and imaginative Halloween celebration.

Stage performers include Chicago Fire Tribe, Environmental Encroachment, Music of the Living Dead, Chicago Spirit Brigade and Windy City Gay Idol winner TJ Chernick.

The festivities also include a costume contest with thousand of dollars in cash and prizes. Winners of the costume contest will be announced immediately after the parade.

The 15th Annual Northalsted Halloween Parade is presented by The Northalsted Business Alliance, in conjunction with
Triangle Neighbors Association.
