An 81-year-old woman in Florida is facing charges after she allegedly harassed a neighbor and the neighbor's son, who is gay.
Cape Coral police say Viola Heineman left nasty messages on the victims' answering machine with sexual comments directed at the mom and her son.
WBBH-NBC reports that Heineman left a message that said the mother -- who is elderly -- was "lifting her legs for any man out there."
Police and a victims' advocate came to Heineman's house, but Heineman denied ever making any calls. Then she stormed out of the room.
When the victims' advocate followed her, Heineman raised her metal cane and said: "I'm going to hit you with this."
No one was physically hurt.
Heineman was taken into custody and charged with stalking and aggravated assault.
