Northalsted partners with community groups for Market Days 2019

The Northalsted Business Alliance has announced the 2019 Community Partners for Market Days. 

Gate donations and tips from beer sales help these vital organizations provide essential services and outreach. In addition to these outstanding partner groups, Northalsted uses gate donations for neighborhood beautification efforts, including the brand new Rainbow Crosswalks, financed entirely by Pride Fest and Market Days donations. Additional donations are allocated for safety initiatives.

3. CALOR: the leading agency in a coalition of HIV/AIDS service providers organized to reduce the incidence of HIV and STD infection in Chicago's Latino communities.

The 38th annual Northalsted Market Days takes place on Aug. 10-11 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The event runs down Halsted Street from Belmont to Addison. A $10 suggested donation is requested at the entrance.
