Fresh from it's "Best Comedy" win at the GLAAD Awards last Saturday, Fox's hit comedy Glee is ready to celebrate "The Power of Madonna," on Tuesday, April 20th.

The Power of Madonna marks the next official chapter in the Glee music songbook. This much hyped and highly anticipated episode features the cast of Glee taking on eight Madonna classics including "Like A Virgin," "Express Yourself," "Vogue," "Like A Prayer" and more.

Glee, which has proven to be an unstoppable cultural phenomenon, kicked off its second season last week. The Glee Madonna episode has been called one of the show's best before it even airs.

Entertainment Weekly's Ken Tucker calls it "one of the best hours of TV you're likely to see all year," and even Madonna herself gave it her seal of approval saying the episode was "brilliant on every level."

"I think Mr. Schuester is very cute," said Madonna in a statement to Us Weekly, referring to the music teacher played by lead actor Matthew Morrison. "And I'm glad he's doing such a good job empowering all the girls."

Madonna also singled out Sue Sylvester, played by Chicago's own Jane Lynch, and Chris Colfer's Kurt as her favorite characters. She called the entire cast "amazing" and "so talented."

Tonight's episode begins at 8 p.m. (CDT) on Fox.
