Watch Live: Chicago police briefing on Jussie Smollett arrest

Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson and Commander of Area Central Detectives Edward Wodnicki hold press conference on the Jussie Smollett investigation. Smollett surrendered to authorities Thursday morning after he was charged with one count of felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report.
