Its already been a year of accomplishments for DJ Phil DaBeatz. In April, DaBeatz was signed to Centaur Music, the #1 global GLBT record label. His contract includes the remixing and production of a cd in their POPular Series to be marketed and sold worldwide - CD Release scheduled for May/June!

Earlier in the year DaBeatz was voted “Best Club DJ 2008” by the Chicago Free Press, this award illustrates the impact DaBeatz has on the music scene in Chicago. His love for music is apparent in every aspect of his life and he shares his passion with club goers and music fans every time he spins. It is this passion that has brought him immediate success not only in the Chicago nightlife community but fan recognition nationwide.
Mix Master Phil DaBeatz, a self taught DJ, took his career public in 2006. Working with the crowd’s energy, DaBeatz is well known for being able to create dance floor energy and an “upbeat party atmosphere” wherever he plays. Spinning a mixture of Techno, Dance, Electro and Progressive House music, his style has been described as “hot, high energy, and big sound.”
His style, charisma, sound and look have created a high demand for DaBeatz to perform in all types of venues.
DaBeatz currently holds residencies with Minibar Ultra Lounge Chicago and Armani Exchange. He is active with the award winning website ChicagoPride.com and was their highlight DJ for Market Days 2008.
His background includes a history of spinning with multiple organizations, companies, and clubs. A few of these venues include Hydrate Chicago, The Victor Hotel, Spin Nightclub, Regent Media (Out Magazine), Red Bull, All Terrain Marketing, REELing, Macy’s, and Loyola University.
