As everyone knows, this Sunday is the Oscars, so the city will be teeming with Oscar parties. My top pick for the Oscar party to be at is the Vital Bridges Oscar Party at the penthouse ballroom of Hotel 71, also where Bruce Wayne's infamous penthouse pad was filmed at for the movie The Dark Knight.
