YOU’VE GOT A BUSY WEEKEND

Let's keep our fingers crossed that we have a beautiful Autumn weekend, because there are lots of things to do. Last Sunday may have been a little grey and dreary but I know that it gave me time to start unpacking my winter sweaters. It's getting to be jacket time so make sure you grab yours when you're on your way out this weekend. Check out all of these great events:

THURSDAY, October 2

The Chicago Artists month continues with events scheduled around the city. Check the site for full details.

The Banned Book Readout continues through Saturday.

The Kirov Ballet is performing at the Auditorium Theatre at Roosevelt University at 7:30PM, it's not too late to get tickets, performances through Sunday.

The 11th Annual Chicago Art Open benefit has a special Preview Event and Opening Benefit tonight at Merchandise Mart, tickets are $25. The show runs through October 19th.

If you ladies are looking for a weekend out of town, head on over to Saugatuck where the Dunes Resort holds it's Fall Women's Weekend . Take a road trip and check out the autumn colors.

The Andersonville Arts Weekend kicks off tonight, roam Andersonville and check out the galleries and artists showcasing their wares. Runs through Sunday.
