AceBounce is serving up sports this season and scores big points with tasty new menu items. Located at 230 North Clark Street just south of the Chicago River, this entertainment complex has plenty of space to stretch out inside the OneEleven building.
In 2016, the Windy City became the first US location after opening the first establishment ever in London titled Bounce in 2012. This hot spot on the corner of Clark and Wacker continues to thrive thanks to engaging activities and a well-executed menu.
After a quick photograph opportunity at the entrance inside a florally decked out telephone booth, descend the staircase to experience all that AceBounce has to offer.
Moody lighting will engulf patrons as they wander the premises in search of a good time. Leave your problems outside the door and immerse yourself in a secret world of fun below ground.
One will notice immediately that the curators of AceBounce have taken table tennis to a whole new level. There are professional ping-pong tables situated in the lounging area surrounded by shuffleboard and steel-cupped beer pong tables.
Ping Pong X moves the traditional game into the future while offering four interactive games at $12 per person with a limit of 12 players per table. Photos can be added and teams can be created right on the spot easily with the bounce of a ball. Artificial intelligence will keep the score allowing players to focus on their moves and gameplay.
Did you work up an appetite after a heated battle of pong?
Begin by ordering a few appetizers such as traditional chicken wings or deep-fried ranch treats served with Mike's Hot Honey on the side. The blackened mahi mahi tacos will prepare your stomach for the main course of a meat lover's pizza made with pepperoni and sausage.
For dessert try the profiteroles accompanied by dipping sauces to enhance the flavor.
Wash it down with specialty drinks made at the 47-foot bar such as the Cucumber Splash vodka cocktail or a gin-based concoction called the Thyme Bramble.
The mixologists here have created mouth watering mocktails for those that don't imbibe such as the Passion Fruit Spritz made with a mixture of fresh fruit juices.
Reservations are recommended and private areas can be sectioned off to suit a group's needs.
The Parlor room can be a closed-off area for up to 75 people with a separate bar, gaming table and exclusive televisions.
The Gallery is a semi-private space with two gaming tables overlooking the lower room and is an option for up to 40 people. Check out the various food and beverage packages on the website. A Games Master can be hired for an additional fee to guide gamers along the way and host an awards ceremony at the end of the festivities.
Whether it’s a night out on the town for the group or a way to blow off steam alone, AceBounce has something for anyone searching for an escape from day-to-day life. Smash your problems away by reserving a table today at acebounce.com.
