Florida's coastal metropilis Miami is quickly growing in terms of size and tourism, so much so that it is nicknamed "The Magic City." Upon arrival one will notice the amount of construction being done and the various, beautiful skyrise buildings that have been constructed in Miami's Wall Street of the Americas. This is contrast to the historic art deco designs at Miami Beach where visitors will find the Versace Mansion and The Colony Theatre, among so many others.

Located in the heart of the skyscraper section of the city is the W Miami at 485 Brickell Avenue. There are 147 rooms with gorgeous views on private balconies and tons of amenties to experience.

Panther Coffee and shiny disco balls greet patrons as they enter the W Miami. Head up to the 15th floor for an unforgettable experience at ADDIKT, restaurant and lounge area inside the hotel. The breakfast offered is unique with well assembled dishes, such as the avocado toast and the eggs benedict. The top notch service will have guests coming back for more and the mixologists at the bar obviously know what they are doing in the cocktail field.

Walk out to the WET Deck to swim in a 300-foot infinity with breathtaking views all on the same floor. It might be challenging to leave the property, but shopping and other dining options are merely steps away in this high traffic part of the city. This bustlting part of town offers lots of people watching, along with an expansion plan that will make it a major competitor to the largest cities in the world in the future.

For a total change of pace, try The Confidante Miami Beach at 4041 Collins Avenue. This hip, oceanfront hotel was built in the 1940s and retains its history while still keeping the environment current. Some will remember the property as the location for Dua Lipa's video "New Rules" as she runs around with her friends enjoying the pool and unique spaces while counting tips to survive a past relationship. The views of the beach are spectacular in the rooms and the comfortable beds will have visitors sleeping soundly.

Rainfall shows along with the Jonathan Adler designed toiletries just adds to the bathroom experience the guests will certainly enjoy.

Wake up to a buffet breakfast at the Ambersweet on the first floor that has something for everyone's taste and don't miss the dinner menu with the light steak tartare, massive tomahawke ribeye and the torched marshmellow with spiced fudge, after that, for dessert.

The Lounge offers a tasteful, local live music that should create just the right romantic mood and don't miss the art gallery just outside in the lobby area. The Backyard allows people to reserve cozy cabanas to escape the sun and sip on refreshing coconut cocktails. Keeping the kids area separate from the adults section was a welcome choice and a smart move. Bring your key card as you stroll out to the beach for ocean fun and relaxation in the exclusive space just for the Confidante crowd.

A third option for hotel stays is the Axelbeach Miami property at 1500 Collins Avenue, in the heart of South Beach. The Axel Company is aimed right at the LGBTQIA+ community and actually flips the script by welcoming heteros that are respectful and friendly. Forget to pack your condoms? The rubbers are waiting for you conventiently inside the rooms and if you are looking to cruise, just place a sign on the doorknob to make new friends. The food is tasty in the bar area and the staff might have you drooling while you sip on libations. The nice sized pool makes a perfect place to catch some rays and meet new people along the way. Events are planned on a light up dance floor so stay tuned to AxelHotels.com for more information.

All three of these hotel hot spots will leave travelrs feeling completely satisfied and comfortable in a city that rarely sleeps!
