Located inside the Loews luxury hotel at 455 N Park Drive is ETA Restaurant and Bar. From the transportation motifs to the ecclectic art, the decor feels very high end and rustic at the same time.

Opening at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m on the weekends, this is the spot for some early morning grub.

Start with the bar and a mimosa, then move into the avocado toast complete with smoked salmon and a poached egg. Sometimes grapefruit can have too acidic a taste to pair with a dish such as this, but it worked well this time.

The malted pancakes feel more like a dessert dish with caramelized apples and must go well with the berry parfait that is offered on the menu.

Two private dining rooms are available for breakfast, lunch or dinners for up to 50 guests each.

An Easter buffet is coming your way at the restaurant on Sunday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For $45 per adult and $17 per child, a delicious buffet will be presented for hungry guests. Expect many of the items from the regular menu to try on the buffet.
