So after two weeks, I am still going through major Comic Con withdrawal. Seriously, had an amazing time: it was epic, overwhelming, and awesome. After getting the lay of the land on Wednesday's preview night, I scored an interview with some of the cast from the USA Network show PSYCH on Thursday. Friday was all about my hero Joss Whedon as I sat in on an advanced screening of the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot and sat second row as he had an informal and hilarious discussion with his fans, brought by Dark Horse Comics . Saturday was more Hollywood awesomeness as I sat in on the True Blood panel and my first Marvel Studios press conference for Captain America: Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy. Saturday, it was back to comics as I caught up on the latest for mutantkind at the X-Men panel. But nothing could compare to meeting my hero, the man himself Joss Whedon at an exclusive signing at the Dark Horse Comics booth. Sigh. So yeah, major geek withdrawal, but stay tuned for more Geeks OUT events in the near future. And now... on to the books.
