Center on Halsted is kicking off the Oscars again this year with their blow-out Oscar Party. Park West, 322 W Armitage Ave, will host this year's party and expect to enjoy exclusive silent auction gifts, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and great company as some of our favorite stars are honored for their talent.
