Chicago is heating up for Market Days weekend as thousands of people descend on the city. In addition to the two-day street festival along N. Halsted St., there are a number of high-energy dance parties happening this weekend.
“When people come to Market Days, the whole experience can be very liberating,” said Matthew Harvat, the real-life CircuitMOM. “Feeling at home, being surrounded by our community and its allies for a day or two can change a person’s way of thinking and maybe even broaden their acceptance of others in our community. It is such a happy weekend and Boystown shines like a diamond."
