American Idol finalist David Hernandez plays the Miller Lite Mainstage on Sunday, June 7 at 5:15 p.m.

Milwaukee, WI - Singer/songwriter/actor, David Hernandez, gained national attention with his powerful voice and affable personality as an American Idol 2008 Finalist.

He began singing at age six, starring in musicals and performing with various theatre companies throughout Arizona. When he reached the young age of fifteen, he began writing his original music and recording his arrangements.

A Phoenix native, Hernandez recently gave up his apartment in Arizona and moved to Hollywood where he is writing new songs, working in the recording studio producing his newest music, and pursuing his passion for acting.

In addition to American Idol, David has showcased his talents on The Ellen Show, The Today Show, MTV's TRL, EXTRA, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, Teen Choice Awards, TV Guides' Sexiest Stars 2008, Idol Tonight, Idol Gives Back and FOX-TV.

Fans fortunate enough to live near Phoenix can join him every Thursday, Friday and Saturday headlining with a new powerful, high-energy band at Scottsdale's premier restaurant/club – Barcelona.

David is constantly venturing into new and interesting projects and that certainly includes his new association with MyStudio.net.

A $300,000 recording and video studio – located in high traffic areas like malls – that will allow users to make a professional video of singing, acting, comedy, modeling, business commercial, job interviews and reality TV auditions.
