Nothing warms you up like a cold brew, and in Boystown, there's a new event featuring more than 30 to get your blood pumping.
Boystown's Frost Fest is back for a second year after its debut in 2014, but this year, the Northalsted Business Alliance is planning a weeklong series of events, closing with an homage to Brisk Brews. Scheduled from Feb. 22-28, Frost Fest is banking of an entire week of chill activities."We pride ourselves on our fantastic summer festivals and want to carry that spirit into the winter," said Christopher Barrett Politan, Executive Director of the Northalsted Business Alliance. "We also hope to bring brisk business at a time of year that is generally less robust."The slower season is why businesses are banding together for the series of events, from a soup walk to restaurant deals.
