Los Angeles, CA - Following weeks of speculation from blogs including Perez Hilton and Towle Road, Lance Bass and Reichen Lehmkuhl have officially split up, Bass' manager confirmed to People Magazine over the weekend.

Rumors that the couple has split flared up over the weekend when Bass was spotted at Las Vegas nightclub Pure on Friday night without Bass. The two had been touring the country together while Lehmkuhl promoted his new book, Here's What We'll Say.

Bass, 27, and Lehmkuhl, 32, first went public with their relationship when the former 'NSync-er came out on the cover of People back in July. "I'm more liberated and happy than I've been my whole life," Bass said in that interview. "I'm just happy."

At the time, Bass said he had been dating Lehmkuhl for a few months and that the two started out friends.

"Actually, it's funny, he was my real estate agent," Bass told the magazine.

The two had become one of the most visible gay couples in the community, appearing at several public events together, accepting honors from the Human Rights Campaign and, as recently as October, appearing as a couple at Lehmkuhl's book signings across the country.

"I was the first one to read it," Bass told People in October.

Bass is developing an Odd Couple-inspired sitcom pilot with former 'N Sync-er Joey Fatone in which his character will be gay and has a role in the upcoming Adam Sandler comedy I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
