New York City -
San Diego native and independent solo artist, songwriter, producer and rapper, SOLOMON, announces the release of his debut EP, The Love Rocker Project on June 28. To celebrate the release, AOL Music will be hosting a listening party week.
The Love Rocker Project promises solid beats. Coming off of his recent success with the long-awaited single "Wit Us U Can't…," featuring lyricist Bry'Nt, including rotation on Logo's NewNowNext, SOLOMON says he's excited "to get even more tracks out there."
"I wanted this CD to be fun," SOLOMON says in the announcement. "I wanted the beats to be unique and the lyrics to be clever. It's hard for me to categorize this CD as some of it is very Pop and moments where it is Dance. But at the same time my Hip-Hop background has influence every single song. I'm excited to have two songs where I am rapping again. Who says I can't sing and rap on the same CD? So, I'm not sure what genre it is- I just want people to listen to it and jam out."
