Sound-Bar Presents Gay-Themed Sundays

Since its much-anticipated opening on March 26, Sound-Bar has quickly become the epitome of Chicago’s chic nightlife. The delayed opening weekend of Sound-Bar Chicago lived up to the hype.
This past Sunday, Chicago’s newest luxury nightclub introduced Sound-Bar Sundays, the quintessential Sunday night scene for Chicago’s GLBT crowd.

ChicagoPride.com was on-hand as a large crowd poured into the downtown club during the Grand Opening of Sound-Bar Sundays. (view photos: gallery one | gallery two) The successful debut of the gay-themed night signified a new type of experience has begun in the city’s gay club scene.
Sound-Bar is an amazing 20,000 square foot multilevel high-tech space. The sound on the blue-themed dance floor is truly unparalleled. As we first indicated in March, you can actually feel every layer in the music.
Downstairs on the second level are gorgeous go-go dancers and themed rooms for men (Orange Room) and women (Red Room).
The hot ladies at Chix Mix Productions present The Femme FlavoRED Room for women with sultry go-go girls in the Red Room.
The Orange Room, Peel a go-go, is a sexy lounge for the men featuring steamy go-go boys.
The promoters have guaranteed success with a spectacular DJ lineup featuring Sunday Residents Ralphi Rosario, Chris Eterno, Mark Picchiotti, Earl Pleasure, Dragonfire, Mark Buxon, G String and Luis M.
Special performances and events are sure to fill the ultra modern setting with an attractive and energetic crowd each Sunday. In June: Lady Bunny and Eddie Stone (6/13), Universal Gear Fashion Show (6/20) and Gay Pride Sunday (6/27) which includes an After Parade Tea-Dance with Lydia Prim and Trenyce from American Idol.
