Fox's hit show Glee is coming under fire from conservatives for Tuesday's 90-minute episode that addressed gay bullying.

"This is [creator] Ryan Murphy's latest depraved initiative to promote his gay agenda," conservative media critic Dan Gainor told ABCNews.com.

The episode on Tuesday was about self-acceptance and centered around Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." Despite the positive message, Gainor says the show has gone too gay.

Calling McKinley High the "gayest high school in the history of mankind, Gainor continued, "This is clearly Ryan Murphy's vision of what growing up should be, not most of America's. It's a high school most parents would not want to send their kids too."

No response from the Glee crew.

Last night's episode was Glee's lowest-rated of the season. It was beaten by the first episode of NBC's new show The Voice, starring Maroon 5 crooner Adam Levine.

Glee won the Outstanding Comedy Series award at the 2011 GLAAD Awards.
