Fan becomes too familiar with Jake Gyllenhaal in men's room at SXSW movie premiere

At Friday's premiere of Source Code in Austin at South By Southwest, Jake Gyllenhaal found himself in an awkward situation when a fan reportedly tried to snap a picture while he was peeing. A strange story that overshadowed the sci-fi film's world premiere.
"That's true," laughed Gyllenhaal when Entertainment Weekly asked him about the violation of his personal space. "I think it's an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn't disagree with me on that."
Accounts of the heated scuffle between Gyllenhaal and the guy trying to take his photograph hit Twitter almost immediately.
"Gyllenhaal apparently grabbed the dude mid-photo, threw him against the wall and was like, ‘are we really gonna do this right now?'" Tweeted Cinematical's Erik Davis.
Cops reportedly arrived on the scene with no further incident. The photographer was not identified and the photo is said to have been deleted without drama.
"There was no scuffle, it was an excited fan who tried to take his picture in the restroom," Gyllenhaal's rep told E! Online. "He asked the guy to please delete it and he did! No drama."
Source Code, scheduled to hit theaters April 1, is directed by Duncan Jones and stars Gyllenhaal as Captain Colter Stevens, a soldier who wakes up from his tour of duty in the body of a strange man on a doomed commuter train bound for Chicago.
