Chicago's 3-Day "Heart of America Ride for AIDS"

225-mile cycling event set for July 30-August 1

Chicago, IL - Chicago's Heart of America Ride for AIDS, a three-day, 225-mile cycling event, will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 30-August 1, 2004. Event proceeds benefit AIDS Cycle, Inc., which supports Chicago's AIDSCARE and Access Community Health Network
The ride is slated to kick-off the morning of Friday, July 30, in Chicago, travel north to the Wisconsin border, then west through northern Illinois before returning to Chicago's northside on Sunday, August 1.

There is a $75 registration fee plus riders must raise a minimum of $1,500 in pledges. To register or for more information, visit www.aidsridechicago.org or call 1.877.343.RIDE (7433).
Meals, medical services and tent housing for Friday and Saturday nights will be provided for all riders as well as on-site volunteers. Rider training programs will also be available.
