The boys were back Saturday night, Feb. 20, at Hydrate Nightclub in Boystown / Northaslted. So, too, were the beats.
DJ. Ethan Cole delivered a 4-hour set of high-energy sounds for 72 people.
“It was great to be back in the (DJ) booth,” Cole said. “Although it wasn't the same as playing on a normal Saturday night, I could still feel the energy from the people sitting at their tables. Seeing all the wonderful people who I haven't seen in almost a year (was a highlight). It was really humbling to see everyone come out and support me and Hydrate.”
Attendees were seated at tables throughout the bar, per city guidelines, but they were dancing in their seats.
And of course, there were fans clacking.
“Despite fewer people, it (was) a great experience,” Cole said. “It was so amazing to be back.”
Cole will next be in the Hydrate DJ booth on March 6 and every other Saturday after that.
