The Goddess & Grocer is a cafe and market full of goodies for the holidays. Owner Debbie Sharpe started the business in 2005 and it has quickly grown across Illinois in a variety of neighborhoods. The Bucktown location at 1649 North Damen Avenue in Chicago hosted a gathering on December 6, 2023, to celebrate what the hot spot has to offer on the second floor complete with an outdoor patio.

The narrow grocery store is packed with prepared foods, many of which are made fresh in-house daily.

Breakfast is served at this location before 2 p.m. and try a half sandwich with soup for only $10. There are a vast number of coffee drinks to try such as the Sugar Pom Fairy Latte combining espresso with chocolate, hazelnut and pomegranate topped with edible gold flakes for just the right amount of glitter.

Heywell sparkling water handed out samples at the event to invited media. Their cans are crammed full of antioxidants and organic caffeine to create a boost in those who sip on their wide range of flavors.

There was a focus on catering offered in the establishment and orders can be made online at EZCater.com or by calling 773-292-7100. The company asks for 48 hours notice, a $200 food and beverage minimum and limited delivery is offered for an additional charge.

The Goddess gift shop displays all the right moves to put one in the holiday mood. Try the Holiday Mini Bar featuring Gary Poppins Caramel Corn and much more.

Every location serves up their famous rainbow cake with pride so find one near you at goddessandgrocer.com today!
