The Neo-Futurists are trying out a new space at 3031 N. Rockwell. Running now through Sept. 2 The Food Show describes itself perfectly. Inspired by stories of food and culture the actors cook onstage while relating real life incidents.

Oliver Camacho was a stand out while surveying the audience and having some gay fun with a straight man during opening night.

The play left me a little hungry as I thought we all were going to sample some food instead of just a few select members in attendance.

Margeaux Brasserie had a grand opening recently with a spectacular party. Chef Michael Min of MINA Group was onhand to take time with guests and talk about his latest endeavor.

Located on 11 E. Walton Street in the Waldorf, this spot had everything one can expect, from well crafted cocktails to the delicious menu.

Look for a new brunch complete with a DJ on the weekends. Be sure and try the fresh seafood that makes it worth the trip in itself.

Hard Rock Cafe Chicago continues to bring a lot of fun under one roof. Their bartenders are knowledgeable and can whip up a delicious bloody Mary to sure those hangovers.

Located right in the heart of rock n' roll Chicago on 63 W. Ontario St. this team has some delicious comfort food including the filling pizza burger full of pepperoni.

To dance off some of the calories pick a song for live band karaoke and belt out your favorite rock anthem.
