Located in The Loop, Luke's Lobster is a stop known for lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls.

The hot spot for lunchtime is now offering something new on the menu.

Containing 560 calories, the Wild Blue Salad is served with a full chilled lobster tail that is halved and placed on baby arugula.

Picked Maine blueberries are combined with white beans, cabbage, and sunflower seeds.

On the side is the house made balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

For $15 the tail is light and refreshing. The ingredients are all good but it needs a little something more or possibly just more dressing to feel heartier. The blueberries were the smaller version and thankfully didn't have an overpowering taste.

The place is definitely doing something right as it is tricky to even find a table to dine at and the patio is already hopping.
