Under Phase 4, of Chicago’s reopening plan, all alcohol sales end at 11 p.m., and dine-in service ends at midnight each day until further notice. Indoor dining is allowed at establishments that serve food and is limited to 50 people or 40% capacity per room (whichever is less). Social distancing and face coverings are required whenever possible.
