Chicago, IL - ChicagoPride.com, the number one online resource for Chicago's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, today announced the launch of new feature content and the appointment of new content providers.

Amy Wooten, former Senior Writer for the Chicago Free Press and Windy City Times, joins ChicagoPride.com as Contributing Editor. Wooten, who also contributes to Gay Chicago Magazine, has worked in the LGBT press for over 5 years and holds a Master's Degree in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.

ChicagoPride.com today also announced agreements that bring added content in an effort to create a more integrated online news and information experience to members of the Web site.

"Social Lite" and "HIV Life" join content from valuable providers such as the Feast of Fun Podcast, OutWorldTV, Fusion Radio Chicago, the Windy City Times and over 40 contributors and photographers.

Social Lite, written by Paul Blackburn, will showcase Chicago's social community through interesting blog posts, pictures and video.

HIV Life, written by Frank Elliot, will focus on providing a unique outlet of news and information for Chicago's HIV positive community.
