Disney star Garrett Clayton to play gay porn star Brent Corrigan in James Franco film

Garrett Clayton will play gay porn star Brent Corrigan in a James Franco-produced movie about the murder of adult film producer Bryan Kocis.
Clayton is best known for his portrayal of Tanner in Teen Beach and Teen Beach 2, which aired exclusively on the Disney Channel.
Corrigan, real name Sean Paul Lockhart, was a key figure in the murder of Kocis, head of Cobra Video, the studio which had an exclusive contract with Corrigan.
Porn star Harlow Raymond Cuadra and Joseph Manual Kerekes were convicted of the 2007 murder of Kocis.
Cuadra and Kerekes, who produced their own adult films, wanted Kocis to let Corrigan star in one of their videos opposite Cuadra, but Kocis would not let his star model out of his contract.
Christian Slater will play Kocis in the film. Molly Ringwald captioned a photo on Twitter of herself with Slater, "New movie brother! #KingCobra," leading to speculation that she's been cast to play Kocis' sister, Melody, in the film.
