Ricky Martin, Ryan Murphy and Martina Navratilova have joined a boycott against fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana.

Out singer Sir Elton John called for the boycott over remarks made by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.

"The only family is the traditional one," the business partners and former lovers told Italian magazine Panorama."No chemical offspring and rented uterus. Life has a natural flow; there are things that cannot be changed."

"Procreation must be an act of love.I call children of chemistry synthetic children."

"I shall never wear Dolce and Gabbana ever again," John, who is raising two children with his husband, filmmaker David Furnish, said in an Instagram post.

Out singer Ricky Martin, the father of twin boys, posted on Twitter: "ur voices R 2powerful 2B spreading so much h8. Wake up, it's 2015. Luv urselves guys."

"My D&G shirts are going in the bin – don't want ANYONE to wear them," recently married tennis legend Martina Navratilova tweeted.

The comments also infuriated singer-songwriter Courtney Love, out celebrity Andy Cohen and television producer Ryan Murphy (Glee, American Horror Story), who is raising two children with husband David Miller.

"This is not just a gay issue," Murphy told The Hollywood Reporter. "I know 10 women in my life who used IVF to conceive – and three [are] doing it right now."

"It's so ignorant of Dolce & Gabbana to speak out with such ugly evil – what they said is a not-modern thing to say. There are all kinds of families today. ...It's their prerogative to speak out – and it's my prerogative not to use any of their clothes on my shows. Or buy them for myself either," he added.
