Las Vegas, NV - When Liaison Nightclub opens later this summer, it will make history as the first-ever gay nightclub in a casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Located at Bally's, the 7,000 square foot Liaison will take over the space currently occupied by After Hours nightclub, which is moving to its original home at The Cromwell.

Victor Drai and partner Michael Gruber recruited Eduardo Cordova to work on Liaison. Cordova is often credited with breathing new life into the Las Vegas gay nightlife scene.

The elegant venue – think gold and black finishes matched with dramatic chandeliers – will include two club rooms, two DJ's, multiple bars and a stage.

"The importance of having a gay nightclub in a major hotel/casino on the strip is huge," said Cordova. "It validates equality and demonstrates just how far we have progressed culturally. This has been the moment that I've been working towards for all these years and it's exciting to see gay nightlife changing in such a big way; these are definitely exciting times in LGBT and Las Vegas history."

Drai said he has "no doubt that Liaison will be a game-changer."

"It's really hard to believe that this is the first gay nightclub inside a casino on the Las Vegas Strip," he added. "I am truly humbled to be part of a new era for the gay community."
