The Out & Equal Workplace Summit will be held Sept. 13 - 15 at the Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando. On-line registration for the conference is now available at www.outandequal.org.
The theme of this year's conference is "Transforming Our Workplace, Changing Our World."
Patricia Ireland, former president of the National Organization of Woman (NOW), and Governor Howard Dean of Vermont will be featured speakers. More than 500 GLBT workplace activists and allies from around the country are expected to attend.
In addition, over 50 workshops of interest to human resources and diversity professionals as well as GLBT employees will be presented throughout the three-day event. Entertainment and other surprises are being planned.
