Tegan and Sara joined Seattle rapper Macklemore and DJ/producer Ryan Lewis at Montreal's Osheaga Music Festival on Saturday to perform the marriage equality anthem 'Same Love.'
"No government, stage or institution can tell you who to love in your heart," Macklemore told the crowd before introducing Tegan and Sara, the duo consisting of openly gay, Canadian twin sisters Tegan Quin and Sara Quin.
The music duo shared Mary Lambert's part of the song.
