Delaware Senate passes gay marriage bill

Dover, DE - On a 12-9 Senate vote today, Delaware is to become the 11th state legalizing gay marriage. The state's House passed the bill in April and the Governor is expected to sign the legislation.

Gay marriage bills are pending in Illinois and Minnesota.
