Amy Wigler Named Director, Integrated Marketing and Sponsorship Development, Logo

New York, NY - Amy Wigler has been named Director, Integrated Marketing and Sponsorship Development for Logo, MTV Networks' channel for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) audience. In this new position, Wigler will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and analyzing marketing strategy and campaigns for Logo and its sponsors marketing initiatives and partnerships. She will also leverage sponsors' marketing and media to drive programming awareness.

The announcement was made this week by Lisa Sherman, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Logo, to whom Wigler will report. "Amy is a highly creative and effective marketer and we are thrilled to have her join the Logo team," said Sherman. "She understands the power of connecting brands to an audience on an emotional level. Amy will work with our marketing partners and provide engaging ways for them to connect with our Logo viewers."

Before joining Logo, Wigler served as Director of Marketing for Dodger Stage Holdings where she was responsible for the launch, implementation and continuation of marketing strategies for all Broadway, Off-Broadway and touring productions, as well as Dodger Stages. She developed all marketing strategies for all the company's productions and launched five successful Tony Award campaigns.

Prior to her position at Dodger Stages, Wigler held the position of Senior Account Executive for Keith Sherman & Associates. While there she developed new business strategies to increase their client base, created public relations strategies and implemented campaigns for high profile entertainment clients including celebrities, television specials, special events, Broadway and Off-Broadway shows.
