Guillen used gay slur in 2006

The Miami Marlins suspended manager Ozzie Guillen for five games Tuesday morning because of his comments about Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.
Guillen told Time Magazine that he loves Castro and respects the retired dictator for staying in power so long.
"I love Castro," Guillen told the magazine.
The comment outraged the Cuban community in Miami and calls for Guillen's removal as manager were immediate.
This isn't the first time Guillen has found himself in trouble after making a controversial statement.
In 2006, the former White Sox manager used a gay slur when talking about Chicago Sun-Times columnist Jay Mariotti. Guillen later apologized.
Guillen is expected to return April 17 when the Marlins take on the Chicago Cubs.
