Originally from Louisiana, Jason Lanoux started spinning in clubs around Baton Rouge and New Orleans in 1994. He moved to Minneapolis in 2000 and has been a resident DJ at Saloon since then. Lanoux typically heads south each year to New Orleans in February to spin for Mardi Gras and again September for Southern Decadence. His musical gumbo while in the DJ booth is a mix of House, Tribal, and Progressive House: a recipe that keeps his dance floor movin’!! Other cities that Jason has worked in include St. Paul, Pensacola, and Atlanta as well as Lake Charles, Monroe, and Lafayette, Louisiana. In addition to DJing, Lanoux is getting more involved in the production aspects of the dance music industry.
