Celebrity judges select QE-Tini for upcoming QE2 event on NYE

It’s official! The QE2 signature drink has been named.
It was a tough job, but the celebrity judges took on the challenge and performed admirably, naming Janice Tannenbaum’s Creamsicle the official QE-Tini!
Special guests gathered last night at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower for All Terrain Productions’ fabulous QE2 pre-event party. The mission was simple, to create the QE2 signature drink the QE-Tini!

Guests worked with bartenders at the special “mixology” stations to create the winning recipe. The fate of the winning cocktail was put in the hands of the Celebrity judges, (pictured above) Susanna Homan from the Chicago Sun-Times, David Viggiano of Fox Chicago and ChicagoPride.com, Romancing the Stone and Jewel of the Nile author Catherine Lanagin and Chef to the stars Art Smith. The judges agreed that the Creamsicle was perfection, earning Janice bragging rights and a gift basket.
