k.d. lang has filed to break up her domestic partnership with Jamie Price.
They met in 2003 through a Buddhist teacher, and filed for a domestic partnership in 2009.
The documents filed at court said they don't have children and share few assets. The reason for the break-up was given as "irreconcilable differences."
The paperwork was filed in Los Angeles County Court on Dec. 30.
The couple lived together in Los Angeles.
