Lady Gaga to help celebrate Clinton's birthday

Chicago, IL - Lady Gaga will perform at a special concert in October to honor former President Bill Clinton's charitable work and to celebrate his 65th birthday.

"A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation" will also feature performances from Usher, The Edge, and Bono.
