MTV's upcoming The Real World: San Diego includes bisexual housemate Frank Sweeney and lesbian Samantha "Sam" McGinn.

On the twenty-sixth season of the reality show, producers return to San Diego, host of the fourteenth season, which aired in 2004. The housemates are reportedly roughing it in a spectacular eight-bedroom beach house that includes a rooftop tennis court, a pool, a spa and a sauna located in the upscale San Diego neighborhood of La Jolla.

Twenty-two year old Sweeney is from Canastota, New York. He majored in Spanish and molecular biology at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, according to an online profile.

In a promo for the upcoming season, Frank is first seen making out with a woman, then a man.

"I hook up with like everybody," Franks tells Nate Stodghill, 22.

In the clip, Nate, of Grain Valley, Missouri, is seen explaining to Northern Michigan University alum Zach Nichols, 23, that Frank is bi. Nichols, who is nicknamed Thor, puts his head in his hands when he learns his roommate is bisexual.

The promo also includes several quick shots of Sam, 21, of Chesapeake, Virginia making out with several girls at a club.

The Real World: San Diego premieres on Wednesday, September, 28
