Pride in the Park Chicago, the third annual outdoor Pride festival in Chicago's Grant Park, announced this year's stunning lineup of show-stopping queer and ally artists, which includes headliners The Chainsmokers on June 25, and Alesso on June 26.

“We're excited about the Iconic Chicago Pride Parade making a return that Sunday, with many parade-goers planning to continue the celebration afterward with us at Grant Park,” said lead organizer Dusty Carpenter. “Equally as exciting is being able to present this all-star lineup to the community – keeping our spirits high.”

This year's lineup also includes Daya, who was featured on The Chainsmokers' song "Don't Let Me Down”, Saucy Santana, Shea Coulee, Monet X Change, Priyanka, Rebecca Black, J Worra, CircuitMom Productions, Moore Kismet, and Mz Worthy.

And to keep the party going, performances by Aaron Aanenson, GSP, Alexandrea Diamond, Avi Sic, Sasha Love, Kenya Black Dupree, Dusty Bahls, Janky, Mimi Marks, Khloe Couleé, Kenzie Couleé, Bambi Banks Couleé, Lúc Ami, Juicy Love Dion, Pepper, Travis Fiero, and Pride Ball hosting by Legendary Kentrele Gorgeous Gucci.

Additional special guests performers are expected to be announced soon.

The one-of-a-kind inclusive queer celebration is Saturday, June 25 from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Sunday, June 26 from 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. at Butler Field in Grant Park.

"We're so excited that we can bring back the Pride in the Park experience,” said Carpenter.

Carpenter conceived the idea for Pride in the Park years ago. His company Dreambrite first introduced the event in 2019 as a one-day music festival. The inaugural Pride in the Park drew about 5,500 attendees.

Pride in the Park added a second day in 2020, only to be canceled completely due to COVID-19 concerns.

Last year, Pride in the Park returned with over 30,000 attendees.

“It was humbling to see the overwhelming support and enthusiasm it received last year, so we are most definitely committed to putting together an even greater experience this year,” said Carpenter.

Performances in 2021 included Tiësto, Gryffin, Chaka Khan, Tracy Young, Betty Who, Mila Jam, along with some legendary drag queens.

“As much as we celebrate Pride today as a party, it has never been more important to remember that Pride is a protest, and the queer community is continuously fending off anti-gay legislation and sentiments,” stressed Carpenter. “From anti-trans legislation to "Don't Say Gay" laws impacting our youth that while we dance we must also fight for one another.”

Tickets for Pride In The Park are available online. is a proud sponsor of the event.

Pride returns in full this year

Pride in the Park was the only traditional Pride event held last year in June as the annual Pride parade and festival were both canceled due to the pandemic.

However, both the Chicago Pride Parade and Chicago Pride Fest will be back in person this June, organizers confirmed to last month.

The annual Pride Parade will be Sunday, June 26, beginning at noon at the corner of Montrose Avenue and Broadway in the Uptown neighborhood, and will follow its usual route though Lakeview and end at the corner of Diversey Parkway and Sheridan Road in Lincoln Park.

Chicago Pride Fest, the annual street festival put on by the Northalsted Business Alliance, will be back in its traditional time slot the weekend before the parade.
