"Dinner With Friends" To Become Movie

Denver, CO - Buffalo Capital VIII, Ltd./Momentum Productions, Inc. (OTCBB: BUFL), announced today that The Pulitzer-Prize-winning "Dinner With Friends" has been sold to HBO for the production of a motion picture that is intended to commence principal photography in the fall of this year.

The author of the play, Donald Margulies, will pen the screenplay. The producers of the play, Momentum Productions, Inc., will be co-producers of the motion picture. The sale of the play to Home Box Office is a component of the strategy employed by the producers of the play.

"Additionally, amidst all of the regional productions that are commencing this fall outside of New York, the HBO Film will provide a national platform for this years Pulitzer recipient."

"Dinner With Friends," the Off-Broadway hit about the emotional highs and lows in the history of a friendship between two married couples, tells the story of two couples in their early 40's, Tom and Beth and Karen and Gabe, who have been close friends for many years. The play explores the affect of Tom and Beth's divorce on the couples' friendship and on the continuing marriage of Karen and Gabe.
