Worker wrote homophobic slur on couple's receipt

Craig Gray dropped by the Laffayette, Ind. Arby's restaurant for a late lunch with a friend earlier this month, curly fries on the side. But then he noticed how he was identified on both the order ticket and receipt.

"Order Name: f*g," the order ticket said. In larger font, "f*g" it said on the itemized reciept.

Gray posted a photo of the tickets on Facebook saying, "So this just happenbed at Arby's! Happy Pride, huh?"

Arby's corporate office said that the employee was fired immediately upon discovery of the incident and issued a statement to local Indiana news sites.

"Arby's has zero tolerance for discrimination," the Georgia-based fast food chain said.

Known for its slogan "We have the meats," Arby's has nearly 3,500 locations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and the Middle East.
