Embattled Lindsay Lohan hires a new attorney from Chicago

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly found a new lawyer, this time from Chicago.
TMZ reports Lohan hired Stuart V. Goldman, a criminal defense attorney from the Windy City after her previous attorney Shawn Chapman Holley quit after calling the jail sentence for Lohan "harsh and unfair."
Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab for violating conditions of her DUI probation.
?Goldberg, who is also a screenwriter, is reportedly not a member of the California Bar Association.
Following sentencing on Tuesday, Lohan said that her "human rights" have been violated.
The 24-year-old actress is set to surrender to the court on July 20.
