Dog Day Afternoon is held the first Saturday of each month at Sidetrack, featuring a Doggie Talent Show hosted by Dixie Lynn Cartwright, and more.
The event has drawn up to 60 furry friends.
Dog Days have been Sidetrack staple for years, starting after some Sidetrack employees would volunteer weekly at the PAWS dog shelter in Pilsen.
The doggie Halloween contest is one of the most popular Dog Days.
Tito Beverage, head of Tito's Vodka, visited Sidetrack once to make a donation to Fred Says. He signed bottles and shared stories.
"We have our (four-legged) regulars, (such as) Gus (@gussinaround), a pup I always love to see," said Sidtrack general manager Brad Balof. "There are many (dogs) I recognize, but I don't know all their names."
Tito's Vodka is the sponsor of the monthly event and has a proud connection to dog and animal related causes.
